Feeling Sad Without Any Reason:

       FEELING SAD WITHOUT ANY REASON

Have you ever felt sad without any particular reason?

feeling sad without any reason, i am feeling sad without any reason, how to deal with stress, how to deal with anxiety, anxiety, why i am sad, why i am dissapointed, always go back to basics, a confrontation person, meditate, exercise regulary benefits, journal benefits, benefits of eating fruits, benefits of getting the proper amount of sleep, benefits of getting proper amount of sleep, proper 7-8 hours of sleep, hot water shower benefits, hoe to do jounaling for mental health, evil eye meaning, evil eye cures, how to stay hydrated, hydration

Whenever you experience something like this you always tend to cry without any reason and then suddenly, you’re even sadder because everything is happening because of no significant reason.

When something like this happens to us, we must always go back to the basics because sometimes the cause for all disappointments lies in the foundation.

The following could be the reasons behind your emotional breakdown along with respective solutions to fix them:

1. CONFRONTATION:

We sometimes fail to realize that the root of our sadness lies in something that we often avoid thinking about due to unknown fears. It may lie in some past experiences or if you pent up your feelings or might be you are not able to forgive someone etc.

In this case, you’re caught in the trap of negative feelings. For once, you will think that you must let it go and avoid it but actually, these things don’t go away until they get closure.

Instead of avoiding these feelings you must go to their root and find out what is actually troubling you. Because you can avoid the feelings and act all good superficially but if you keep repressing your feelings it will lead to stress and anxiety.

To avoid this, you must be vocal about your feelings or seek help from your close ones. You must rise to the challenge of confronting people, situations, and circumstances that make you feel disappointed and sad. A confrontational person never hold grudges against anyone and is happier.

2. TAKE A DAY OFF:

Our hypothetical meaning of success means working to the point of exhaustion and even if we’re saturated, we will still try to exert to the end of our strengths into our work and to a certain extent it is correct but there is a thin line between working hard and working smart by simultaneously keeping our health and other factors in mind.

Anything that you do is meant to enrich you and not to drain you physically and emotionally.

So, it is very important to take a break and when you return after a break, you’ll be more energized and motivated to work again.

You can do these things while you go on a break:

ร˜ You can watch movies.

ร˜ Spend time with friends and family.

ร˜ Go anti-social because social media can inflict jealousy, sadness, and disparity.

ร˜ Pursue your hobbies.

ร˜ Connect with your old friends.

ร˜ Meditate.

ร˜ Do gratitude journaling.

ร˜ Engage yourself in self-care activities.

ร˜ Pamper yourself by creating a cozy environment and do what you like.

ร˜ Read books (other than self-help).

ร˜ Binge-watch shows.

ร˜ Cook new dishes.

ร˜ Do gardening.

ร˜ Write something (poetry, article, etc.)

ร˜ Play games with friends and family.

There are many things that you can do to relax your mind and calm yourself.

3. MOVE YOUR BODY:

As human beings, we have a lot of energy stored within our bodies, and if we don’t release it through working out and moving our bodies this energy will store itself in our muscles and take the form of emotional stress and anxiety. We often fail to recognize the fact that our bodies need to release their energy.

You don’t particularly have to do High-Intensity Workouts. You can do anything that you like, e.g. going for a walk, doing yoga, aerobics, dance, etc. do anything but get your body moving.

Here are some benefits of exercising regularly:

ร˜ It releases a hormone called ‘dopamine’ which creates feelings of pleasure and rewards that’ll eventually make you feel good and fulfilled.

ร˜ Reduces anxiety.

ร˜ Boosts self-esteem.

ร˜ Boosts self-confidence.

ร˜ Increases productivity.

ร˜ Increases energy levels.

4. EAT MORE FRUITS:

Processed food is very easy to grab but it contains a high ratio of calories and increases the risk of inflammation and obesity which eventually causes frustration and irritation.

Fruits directly come from nature and contain NINETY PERCENT water. It is an amazing source of vitamins and minerals and fibers. Keep processed food out of your sight - “Out of sight, Out of mind”. It reduces the risk of inflammation and obesity and hence it helps to cure health issues. You can make fruit salads, smoothies, etc. to make fruits tastier.

5. TAKE PROPER AMOUNT OF SLEEP:

We often neglect sleep, especially due to the pandemic; we are either oversleeping or are sleep deprived, but along with proper nutrition and exercise, 7-8 hours of sleep is the third very important factor to improve health. We think that we’re increasing our productivity by working for long hours but we’re decreasing our productivity in the long term. Sleep deprivation also leads to depression and anxiety and it minimizes our physical performance.

The proper amount of sleep increases our concentration levels and performance.

6. TAKE A HOT WATER SHOWER:

A hot water bath relaxes your muscles and brings freshness. It brings about a sense of calm and reduces stress levels. You can meditate, play songs or even sing and dance (my personal favorite) while you take a shower. You will actually feel energized and happy after your short shower session!

7. Write a Journal:

Journaling always leads to precision of thoughts. All the thoughts in our mind are very raw and are connected to one another, often in an irrelevant way and those assumptions are sometimes taken to be as true by us. But when we put those thoughts out, we realize what it is actually that we want.

It helps us to move in the correct direction because it gives us a chance to nullify our assumptions and focus on the essential things. Your inner- self never lies to you and journaling brings you close to it.

8. GET A HOBBY:

You must always have something—any hobby, that you could live by, which acts as a tree, under whose shadow you can retreat and withdraw yourself, feel calm and refreshed. Creativity fills our soul; it makes us feel good immediately and opens the door of happiness. A hobby can be any simple thing which you like to do that lightens your mood and refreshes it like playing guitar, writing, collecting stamps, dancing, singing, etc.

You must have something that you can turn to in times of despair or in times when you don’t feel fulfilled. It can act as a source of escapism from real life.

9. EXPOSE YOURSELF TO NATURE:

Nature has magical healing power of its own and there can be nothing more amazing than observing its beauty. Nature has many lessons to teach, only if we observe it. It is scientifically proven that green space enhances mental health.

·     *  You can go for walk in a garden.

·       *You can go hiking.

·       *You can also go trekking if you have enough time.

·     10. KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED:

Dehydration can lead to loss of strength and stamina and it can affect your kidney functioning. This can act as a major irritant that can lead to anxiety.

Water is an essential source of carrying nutrients and oxygen to the cells of your body. IT HELPS IN MAXIMISING OUR PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE.

Here are some points you can refer to, to increase your daily intake of water.

ร˜ *   Many apps are available on the internet that can be used to track your water intake, informing you how frequently you must drink water by sending notifications. I personally use an app called ‘drink water’.

ร˜   Turn your water bottle into your best friend; take it with you wherever you go.

ร˜     Always set a water goal for the day, for e.g. set a target to drink 2L of water in a day.

ร˜     Keeping track of your water intake via the app will motivate you.

ร˜      Seize every chance to drink fluids.

EVERYTHING IN LIFE GOES BACK TO THE BASICS”. Don’t underestimate the power of basics because they strengthen your foundation and help you to hold fast to your roots!

OH WAIT! HERE’S A BONUS POINT. This one is based on real-life experience. It is a kind of point which some may not agree with but still, I’ll share!

So, a few months earlier I suffered from the same feeling of anxiety and sadness without any reason and I tried all of these points and they helped me to certain extent, but I still had this feeling of helplessness and I did not feel like doing anything so I told this to my mum.

She took me to a different tangent which takes me to my next point.

11. EVIL EYE:

This might sound superstitious but sometimes we fall prey to evil eye. Have you ever fallen sick regularly without any apparent reason or things have started going wrong personally or professionally? Have you ever had that feeling of helplessness when you are giving your best to do something but couldn’t? I went through the same phase!

So, some people have negative auras and some have positive auras. When you’re with a very positive and cheerful person your mood lights up instantly but on the other hand when you’re with a person who is vibrating at lower energy your energy also drains automatically.

So, a person who is doing fairly well in their life tends to attract the jealousy of others who have a negative aura and hence comes the feeling of helplessness and anxiety.

There are many traditional methods to cleanse our aura, which you can try. But I must tell you it has worked pretty well for me!

Also, don’t take yourself too seriously! You’ve got this one life, live it to the fullest, and don’t let stress, sadness, and anxiety destroy even one day of your beautiful life!
